1. Returns
If you believe that there is something wrong with your order or box (an error in your shipment, damaged box and /or items), please contact us at [email protected]. Please include a short description of the issue along with an image of the damaged goods and we will get back to you ASAP. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
2. Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items may be non‑returnable for hygiene or customization reasons. These will be clearly stated.
3. Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
